Job Problems

I don't know what the labor situation is in different parts of the globe, but here in my part of the United States, the job market is VERY tight. Once workers quit, they (especially in low-paying jobs such as where I work) are very hard to replace.

That gives you some room to work with. Why stay at a place that treats you like s***? Quit that job, and go somewhere else...they will be happy to have you and will actually work to keep you. I'm fortunate to work for a place where the working conditions are halfway decent. But I also know that if they go down, there are tons more places to go. My main point--LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE.
