I hate my job

I've worked at mcd's now for a year and a half. Right now I should be making about 6.25 an hour but i'm making 6.10. there are people who have worked with me for less than a year that make 6.15.
It all happened because they took away one of my raises when minimum wage went up. I fucking hate my job sooo much.
