Yes, I too work at the store Dan mentioned and not only were there people playing music with tongs but we got some strippers in as well, and had fire works going off in dining room. What a load of rot!!!!!
I agree totally with Dan's message but would like to share with you all the results of it.
-Daniel has been suspended for four weeks without shifts
-The manager on shift got revved for closing early even though the sales justified it.
-Our store manager said to Dan that "blah, blah, blah.... no one f*#@s with MM (real name with held).
I think that even though there is to be a certain amount of discipline on shift that some leeway should be given. Also, I have seen the sales for the night and from my understanding closing early was a good option from a labour saving perspective.
Basically on uptight (and that is being nice) manager has a big case of "Little Man's Syndrome" and can't handle anyone doing something that goes against his grain. TOUGH!!!!
