Thanks for your advice. I work for a franchised store, but I don't know who I could ask to conduct a rap session since I'd normally go to the head manager, and in this case I can't. One of our swings suggested I try the PAL program after talking to him did nothing but result in his making fun of me. I really don't want to make things worse, but it's gotten to the point that I feel like throwing up when I walk into the kitchen and see him there.
