: McSpotlight: We've got the facts. Over 30,000 pages of court evidence; the result of three years in court in the McLibel Trial. Care to have a read around the site?

People don't want to have to read 30,000 pages of court evidence before they buy a big mac...they want a quick feed and if they are smart then their expectations should be low...a small minority have high expectations of their 'McDonald's Experience' and these are the ones who complain to the manager if they have to wait more than we say, or complain because their cheese on their quarter pounder was not on the centre of the pattie/bun...

Sure Maccas is evil when it comes to treating our environment right but they are providing a service which more people enjoy rather than hate. On average, a person disatisfied with their maccas experience will tell 10 people, i am told...people who have a good experience hardly tell anyone because nobody thinks 'gee that filet o fish was juuuuuuuuuuuust great!!!!!!'...it just doesn't happen. Its easier to see the faults in something than it is to see the good points, which you are clearly ignoring or shoving to the side, McSpotlight.
