Hi I work for Mcdonalds and i'm an executive in the college student union and I haven't been stopped and work does know about this so if I'm in a union what is stopping you from joining one.

McSpotlight: Because a student union isn't going to make any difference in your workplace. When McDonald's testified that they did not tolerate any overt union activity in the workplace, they were referring to labour unions; ones that could actually alter the working conditions McDonald's had to follow.
