True, The conditions are not always the way you preceive them to be, such as unsafe working conditions, when emptying the greese from the fryer it goes into a metal bucket which is barely large enough to fit all of it in, I then must drag it across the parking lot, then lift it to about waist height and dump all while at boiling temperature of about 250 degrees.
