I agree with you. I like it where I am working. I just recently got transfured, and now I am in another location. I work at one of the busiest stores in our company. I am a crew-leader and I try to set a good example when I am on the floor. I learned that if you bitch and complain on the floor, the crew are gonna follow your example and do the same. I noticed this at both stores. One person complains, so does everyone else, then everyone is unhappy.
There are bound to be probloms at every store you work at...some are worse than others, but that is a part of life. Not matter where you work there are gonna be probloms. If you don't like Mcdonalds, than quit. It is really not that hard to do. If you like it, but hate that certain store, try to transfur. Some places arn't run right and are very unorganized and it does make it hard to work at...but that problom can be fixed real quick. Go to the supervisor...they can do something about it, they have the athority. If they didn't know what they were doing, they wouldn't be where they are now. If you don't like your job, find another one...it's so simple to do!!!!!
