I have been working at Macca's for four years - three as a crew trainer - and disagree with the point you made about there being no job satisfaction. Sure, it is our responsibility to ensure that the crew are at least trained well, but I believe the hassles involved in rectifying problems are just part of the job description, and it offers much more job satisfaction than regular crew, because we put in more effort. You said that you get blamed for problems that are not directly your fault. That, too, comes with the job of organising 60-odd crew members. There is something seriously wrong with your store, though, if you are the only one to cop flack for anything that goes wrong. My managers understand that my job entails much more than one person can fully perfect, and allow for mistakes to be made. After all, they were in my position once also. I agree with Wacky T - if you despise the job so much, go somewhere else. No one likes a bitchy crew member, least of all the crew you are training. None.
