You don't like working there, you don't have to. The choice is yours.
You don't like burgers? You don't have to eat them. The choice is yours.
I don't like vegie burgers, I don't eat them. The choice is mine.

Point in fact: As we all have rights, we all have to observe other people's rights and when necessary find compromises to suit the given situation.
