I live in a small country town in Western Victoria, Australia. Our population is about 10,000. We have a McD's and a KFC. My oldest son (now 19) worked for McDs and my second son now 16 works for them now. I have nothing but praise for the local owner/manage and staff. They have taught my sons a great deal about business and they have benefitted greately from their work experience. As far as the wages are concerned my 18 year went off to University this year to a town about 2 hours away. He was employed by a new restaurent in the town he lives in and was paid less than his little brother (16 years old) was being paid at McD's
