McDonalds stores are only as good as the managers that run it. In the last 2 months, 5 managers have quit at the one I work. The store manager at the McD's I work is under the most stress and is still nice. Most of the time she works 5:00am-6:00pm, getting short breaks, most of them under 10 minutes. She works like this everyday, and sometimes she even has to close the day she opened! None.
