Hi! my name is Glen, I was just reading your coversation and you wanted to find out what a Crew Chief's role is. Well a Crew Chief is the same as a manager but a little bit different, a Crew Chief can only be in charge of one of places Front or the Back. This is the same as a Crew Trainers role but a little more advanced.
