Listen, I'm all for crew dating managers and crew dating crew trainers and such, but there IS a rule in the handbook against someone of higher authority dating someone of lower authority. Trust me. I've seen this happen. If you'd like to read, I have a story.

At my store, two crew were dating, their names, Mindy and Nathan. Everything was fine until Mindy wanted to be promoted, and they gave her the choice. She could either become a crew trainer, and have to end her relationship with Nathan, or stay as crew for as long as their relationship lasted. Of course, Mindy and Nathan both quit because of this. I don't really think it's right, and no one I know does. It's just another dumb rule.
