How is it McDonald's fault if you can't handle work by the sounds of it McDonald's is the one who is in need of pitty. Surely you have spoken to your store manager about not recieving a break on an 8 hour shift and if this got you nowhere surely you spoke to employee relations. If a junkie came into my store and started abusing anyone I would not hesitate to show it the door and escort of the premise.Did you complain about wearing a headset?? I think the problem lies with you and a university education would be wasted on someone like you do you complain about carying books around campus, Wake Up!!
