I reckon by now pretty much everyone in the UK knows about the Silver Service Visits after all the hassle the managers have given all front counter/DT crew. Just one point: We aren't allowed to accept tips because 'it doesn't encourage teamwork'. So howcome only the manager and the crew member who serves the silver service bloke/ess gets a bonus, when the lobby, food quality and other stuff the f/c crew don't control are evaluated? Unfair. None.
