: What I want to know is the reason why I would have recieved this pay rise??????Well if your pay went up 1 1/2 months ago after you had been there for three months, then that is because you are off the trainee rate. Believe me, pay rises don't occur very often, I didn't even get a rise when I became a crew trainer.
