Hi there. I am also an employee of McDonald's in Australia. I have not been there quite as long as you (just over 2 years now) but like you I love my job. Maccas does have a very friendly environment like you said, and the managers are really good to me, as long as I do the right thing by them, which I always do, because as well as my job being fun, I take it seriously.
