I am relatively new to the working force of McDonalds. I am 15 years old, and have been on the crew for about two months now. As you may have been told, or noticed through personal experience "A satisfied customer, is a happy customer." I believe this is entirely true. In this post, I have included some things which you can do to ensure that the customers to your McDonalds stay happy.1. Give them extra meat patties.
This is probably best done with reg patties, as they weigh virtually nothing. Basically what you do is throw some extra patties on a cheeseburger, hamburger or Big Mac (especially do not put more than one extra if a manager is working window! I know from experience!). Extra patties of "100% Pure Beef" would really satisfy a customer, as it means they are getting more for their money.
2. Throw some extra cheese on
People can not seem to get enough of McDonalds cheeseburgers, they sell even better than the new Big Xtra! I don't know what it is, but people love the things. To make their cheeseburger "Extra Value Meal" all that much more enojyable, you should throw on an extra one or two slices of cheese. this makes the burger more better, because McDonalds processed cheese slices taste so damn good. I do not recommend you put more than two, maybe three (but thats stretching it a 'lil) or else it just doesnt tase good.
3. Add extra items to their bags
This little trick, that can really please a customer is best done during rush times (lunch, supper) and is super easy. The instructions for this one is to just grab one, two, maybe three extra sandwiches off the table, and add them to their currently existing order for free! Sure, this might slow the back end up a little, but what would you (as a customer) prefer? Speed or free food =)?
These are just some things I have experimented with at my own MCDonalds. Everything that I have just mentioned is against the rules in my store, and yours too. I in no way endorse people to do such things, as it is immoral and is not good economically for the store. Believe me when I say I am full of guilt for even trying such things.
