Unjust Treatment to an employee

Medical Attention and Benefits,
We just want to ask if the Medical/Dental Benefits exist in the area of UAE(United Arab Emirates, because they were not able to assist me in any way during my tour of duty, because I was suffering from spinal sacralization. Clinic Doctors there are mostly general practitioners only without having any knowledge regarding my illness. Please do attend also and observe the treatment of higher officers to crews which sometimes leads to abusive acts without any consideration or understanding at all!
