What actually happened in Kellowna, was that the CAW withdrew their drive because several of the employees went before the labour board with complaints of unfair practices (such as harassment to the point that employees felt that they were being threatened).
I guess the CAW, like all other unions, aren't really worried about the employees. They would rather protect their bottom line!
