: Kalvin don't take this the wrong way, but do you know that the best way to not have accidents is to prevent them before they happen. If you were working kitchen, why did you let the floor get so dirty and greasy? Are you not responsible for keeping the store clean? Mcd Egyptian Manager, what kind of store do you run? Keeping the store clean is first priority next to the customer isn't it?Dear mike, I am sure that my store is the cleanest among all the stores you've ever seen, I know for sure 'cause I've been in so many places around the world. Secondly, I am afraid you did not get the message right....What we meant, and I guess Kalvin as welll did, is the greasy floor after the closing time(i.e. During filtration and the pull out of fryers and the boil-out.) and if youtry to convince me that during closing time your crew people do not have grease on floor....Man, I don't beleive you..

Dear Egyptian manager
I know it's our fault for not having proper instructions on the 'reply to message' forms, but you're typing your messages in the wrong box on the form, and probably making your life a lot more difficult in the process. I'm actually amazed that you managed to fit this much text into the 'Word (in your text) to put link around' box! I cut and pasted it from there. The right box to type in is the main box on the screen, directly under the message you are replying to. Colons : at the start of the line indicate which is the old message, so people will know which is your reply because it won't have any colons.
We are intending very soon to put more instructions on the forms, because they are confusing for people who are not familiar with them. Our apologies.
None.
