In the two years that I've worked at a movie theatre, I've realized that people are not only rude, but stupid as well. I love when they ask questions where the answer is literally right under their noses.
Before I get completely off track, what I find really rude is when the customer wants you, the lowly employee, to break policy in order to serve them. When you explain that you cannot do this, they demand to see your manager. To really make you look like an ass, your manager will make the exception for that customer and say, "We can only do it just this once," even though you've had it done to you many other times. That's what I hate most about customers because then they look at you like you're the most evil person in the world and have a smirk on their faces that say, "Who's right now?" Ahhhhh!
