Thats the truth When you walk to Wendy's you expect to wait 5 min to get your food.....notice how McD's has more employees on the floor then most of the other fast food outlets.....Customer satisfaction is our number once concern when i train new people, i show them various training tapes demonstraiting our goal to please customers..McD's is very carefull in marketing, infact they pay me to go to wendys to count customers for one hour, they even buy my lunch while another employee stays at McD's to count customers there, then we comapre and determine why one has more then the other, and analyze special promotions and how they attract customer in each restaurant
