: McSpotlight replies: Debating room writers can write much what they like true or not, however those of us actually volunteering our services for McSpotlight have to check up that anything written for elsewhere on the site is accurate.
: If you're very concerned about false information being peddled around why don't you write to McDonald's and ask them if they've changed their policy since the Judge in the McLibel trial ruled that they deceptively promote their food as nutritious, when it's actually high in fat and salt and low in fibre.isn't it just common sense to know that McD food isn't nutritious? its ok for once in a awhile but not 3 times a day for the rest of your life, come on, you know the fries, nuggets, chicken is fried....who actually thinks thats healthy? You know theres high amount of fat in the sauces..Come On HELLO!! doesn't take a genius..if someone is really conerned they can make a special order, such as no sauce on the burger.

McSpotlight: Not everyone is aware of the unhealthy nature of McDonald's food, and they're not likely to be while McDonald's continue to portray it as nutritious. Do we take it from your comment that you're quite happy for multinational corporations to spread false information around then? Isn't that a hypocritical standpoint after your attempted mud flinging at us?
