I would have thought you'd realize that sooner than 15 years into the business, but all retail positions will come with that kind of rudeness from customers. I was actually "God Damned!" by a customer when I worked in the service sector awhile back.

The best way to deal with that is try hard never to repeat their mistakes. The right to be a jerk doesn't derive from being treated like one.
