- McJobs and Workers -McDonald`s and their crew
I have been working for McDonald`s for a while now, I have got to know the ins and out of the job pretty well. McDonald`s definately exploit their crew. They pay them low wages, expect them to work very hard as well. They pressure them to work faster and faster which causes burns and accidents, I shopuld know I have has many burns while working there. The equipment they use for filtering is not very good at my store, there is very little safety equipment. The quality of food is awful. The managers and supervisors get paid much more than they should , and the crew members get no credit for hard work. None.
