GIVE ME A BREAK : NOT INTERESTED IN MONEY ???????
WHO'S GOT THE POWER THEN , YOU SETTING BACK AND RAKING IN
OUR DUES.I'D RATHER LET MCDONALD'S HAVE THE POWER AT LEAST
THEY HAVE A LONG TERM INVESTED COMMITTMENT.I CAN HELP WITH NO
DUES IN CANADA , LET ME KNOW WHERE YOU ARE AND WHATS THE ISSUE .
IF I CAN'T HELP , THEN I WILL FIND SOMEONE WHO CAN . I
KNOW THERE IS A BIG DIFF IN HOW RESTAURANTS IN WESTERN CANADA
(AND WE HAVE SOME POORLY RUN ONES HERE ) ARE RUN THAN IN THE
U.S.A. BUT UNIONS HAVE RUINED THE ECONOMONY HERE .NO MCD'S
IS NOT ALL GOOD , AND ALL MANAGERS ARE NOT TRAINED WELL ,
BUT THATS INDIVIDUALS AND IF EMPLOYEES TALKED TO THE
SUPERVISIORS OR WROTE PAL LETTERS ,MCD'S WOULD FIX IT . SPEAK
FOR YOURSELF MCWORKERS ; YOU DON'T NEED TO PAY DUES FOR IT :
"WHAT DO YOU HAVE TO LOSE "I DON'T AGREE WITH THE WAY MCD'S
DOES EVERYTHING BUT I SPEAK UP AND I STILL WORK THERE .

: : I think all of the Mc Donald employees should form a union, demand better wages less hours and better trained managers. If they trained thier managers, they would be so dependent on the suboardent staff to run the place effienently.
:
: Well, my union, the IWW, is non-profit. We are not interested in money, we are interested in organizing members of the working class into the One Big Union. I don't see how training managers better will make the workers feel better. It has to come from the workers, organizing and seizing control of the conditions of their work. Workplace democracy, not not burocracy(?)
