YEah but people only shout because they're stressed. I dunno maybe I just have a great store but it's not that bad - just look at it as fun whether it is or not and gradually it will be (oooh neat and psychological) Okay maybe not so Brady Bunch but it can't be that bad. There are worse things than a busy store
