Sexual Harassment in the Workplace

Okay,
This is probably old shoe for everyone but just about everyone understands what this is. I write this out of concern over a personal experience of both myself and a friend of mine.
A couple of years back the both of us worked for Mcdonald's and we'd just as soon never go back even as customers.
We had a Janitor onstaff that the managers claimed was just the touchy feely sort. Oh yeah, he was the touchy feely sort allright. He thought it was okay to touch a coworkers breasts and try to feel up another one that was pregnant at the time. Both my friend (the pregnant one) and I said something to management about it and asked for them to get rid of him. When they refused to do nothing we both quit our jobs. Neither of us wanted to work there anymore.
