The fry vats should be filter everyday and changed at least every other day.
Don't you guys have inspections?
Make a complaint to your head office or call your health dep.
this causes the the taste and quiality of the food we are so prould to serve at McDonalds.I have worked for McDonalds to long and i sure would like to know where you are located myself.
