STEALING HUH?!?

So you think the pay is bad, and the job sucks huh?!? well the sooner you realize that your stealing is probably the reason that the owner can't afford to give you a raise. sure it may not seem like much, a cookie here, fries here, a hamburger now and then, a sundae on the side....but these items do add up, and when inventory time comes and that stuff is not there, that means less the owner is making and less he will give you. Once you realize that the money you make depends on your performance the better off you will be. Just remember, just because a guy owns a MCDS doesn't necessarily make him rich. There is a lot of over-head expense in a mcds restaurant and stealers like you sure don't help. I can tell you this right now, if you were at my restaurant and i caught you stealing, you bet your next paycheck i would fire you in an instant! Stealers are not tolerated anywhere in this world.
