i strongly agree with every point made by AnimalsHaveRights, although i am not a vegetarian i plan to become one as soon as i am out of my parent's meat eating grip (i'm only 14). this may make me sound pathetic but it would be really hard to tell my parents i want to be a vegitarian, they probably wouldn't take me seriously.
my views:
i think the world is a very hypocritical place, people are always saying how wrong and stupid predudice against oyher people is, when they go around presuming they are better than all animals and caring at al how they feel. we have no right to kill animals just to see if the latest shampoo stings your eyes or how much force a crash helmet can take. animal testing for these reasons is tyrany. with testing for cures to deseases, that is being selfish because of the fact that the respective money sources can't be bothered to pay a small amount of their millions for cancer research, etc. to fund the human tisue samples and computers that could be used.
