This is just to inform you about your rights as a citizen in our so called democratic societies. I have mentioned Insight Direct Canada Inc as a receiptent of subsidies through the Quebec government. I have been doing some research in to this and it is possible to try and find out what kind of sweetheart deals are being done. For anyone who lives in Quebec, the first thing you attempt to do is try and find out the department or ministry. Then phone and contact that department and question whether that particular company is being subsidised. If they do not give you a appropriate response,which is more than likely,then you can contact the commission access de information which is in Montreal. I believe the phone number is 514-282-6346. They have been doing this for about 15 years and they can help you. None.
