Dangers of Sugar, Carbonation, and Acid!

I'm currently doing a science project on the dangers of Sugar, Carbonation, and Acid found in Pepsi, Coca-Cola, and Kool-Aid. My question is does any affect your stomach, and HOW?? I keep looking for information, but I am unable to find any. If you could help me in the next week or two, that would be very helpful!!!
