In response to your question,which is very valid,i never stated that other corporations weren't totalatarian. In essence the corporate world is dictatorial. One of the reasons that i posted this was to inform people what insight does. Insight set up in Montreal to shift these so called account executive positions, which are really telemarketing jobs from Arizona. They take advantage of the low Canadian dollar and high unemployment in the Montreal area. Another concern is that the quebec government is subsidizing these jobs. What is happeninng in fact is that Insight like any other multinational is treating us like the third world. Insight has major problems with retaining staff because of there sheer propensity to lie. It states quite clearly in the company manual that people have six months to achieve there quota. Then they go on a developmental plan for up to three months. In the montreal facility people were let go after three months and less. I remember one morning one of the individuals in charge of the Montreal facility stated that no one gets fired at insight. Everyone just looked at each other. This was completely absurd. of the Montreal facility repeated the six month clause and the
