Multinationals are unfair

I think multinationals, especially Shell, are unfair against employees. They don't pay them enough. Their employees in Europe or the United States earn more money, than the employees in Africa. It's unfair! Employees in developing countries have not enough rights. The International Labour Organisation describes some rules, but do the multinationals work according to these rules????? I DON'T THINK SO!!
