There was a clerk who was badly injured at the Fredericton New Brunswick WalMart when he was trampled during the "Tickle Me Elmo" craze a couple of years ago. Needless to say the store did nothing to
help this injured employee out. He was dismissed from his job and received no compensation from Walmart or (because of an eligibility problem) from the government. This can all be found documents in the local Canadian papers Telegraph Journal and Fredericton Gleaner.
