Hungry Jack's

I have worked for Hungry Jack's for the past two years. I met my closest friends working here. However, the store falls to pieces as nothing gets fixed.
Over the past two years, we have had anywhere between 20-30 different managers, and now our third different franchisee.
It has been extremely hard to work under these conditions as all of the staff have to adjust to each managers and franchisees way of working.We (the staff) then get blamed everytime we do something wrong or we have a really bad audit.
