I guess the above author wants to give back to his/her employer things such as
Lunch breaks
Superannuation
Annaul Leave
Sick days
Holiday pay
Workers Compensation
Even toilets

All of those things were fought for and won by unions and unionist.
One of the distructive influences on workers is the old "What have Unions ever done for me"
Take a look around and smell the roses, the very life style we are able to enjoy today is because of Unions
