What this manager doesn't understand

Excuse me asshole. I was not saying that if mess up that I should not be reprimanded. That is natural. What this manager doesn't understand is that it was just a mistake. She seems to think that Burgers are the be all and end all of life and that if one customer misses out on one burger, even if it was a $30 order and you also had four more orders in your hand that had to go out in under one minute each, that you obviously meant to deprive this poor hungry guest or one of their family members of their evening sustenance.
I was also saying that for all her blathering on about "customer always first" she sure doesn't mind taking you away from the customers and your serving to shout at you, which they can all hear. Very off putting.
