i used to work at TRU in australia. They were terrible to work for. They strted off being nice and saying that it was all a big family but in the end this was just a lie.
They expected us to work all these extra hours for and never paid overtime. If you complained they didn't give you any hours.
A friend of mine talked to a Union rep who was visiting the store and was later pulled aside by one of the managers and given a real hard time.
