Yes Dan, I can. The Burger King Corporation [hereafter BKC] instructed, in 1995, not to renovate any more Hungry Jacks [hereafter HJ] stores without permission.

Without seeking Authorisation, Queensland District Manager, Phil Colburn, fully authorised [with the consent of Mal Green, state manager] the upgrade of the Strathpine [Qld] store, and when BKC caught wind of this, they weren't 100% happy that HJ's hadn't understood thourough instructions so proceeded to Sue HJ's.

In 1999, HJ's Queensland have just started upgrading the new stores, because legal preceecdings have come to an end.
