I agree with you about aspertame. I had been using equal and have experianced headaches and blurry vision. I have have begun to cut back my use considerably, and already I notice a difference in my headaches. It is amazing what kind of poisons the FDA approves. Nowhere on the packaging does it indicate the side affects.
