Thanks for the information, Shane. It's kind of scary knowing what goes into our food, and makes me glad I don't eat meat. By the way, have you read "Mad Cowboy: Plain Truth from the Cattle Rancher Who Won't Eat Meat" by Howard Lyman? He's the man who was sued along with Oprah Winfrey by the Texas Cattle Ranchers. Like you, he grew up on a dairy farm, then studied agriculture at university. It took a near-death experience to wake him up to realize that everything he was taught at college about intensive use of chemicals and antibiotics was wrong and possibly the cause of the tumour that was found on his spine. It's a *very* eye-opening book and I would recommend it to you since you seem to have a lot in common with him.
