Ex-McD's Employee

I used to work for McDonald's (for 12 years in fact as a general manager of two franchised stores) and would like to know more about McSpotlight.

I don't have particular axe to grind because most of my career was a happy one spent with a franchisee. However, when he sold up (to McCorporation) things changed.

I don't mind sharing my experiences with you and answer questions about what it's really like to be a McWorker.
