Trade Unions- many DON'T need em'.

Oh, about those attempts to unionize McD's, I think it won't change a thing. Some stores MAY need them , but McD's will fire crappy managers and put better ones in their places. (Usually)

Now why would a TEEN need dental benefits and paid vacations.
Besides most McD's offer materity leave and insurance for full timers. (I think.)

Also the majority of the crew wouldn't like their checks going toward nothing.
