What can i eat?

I just want to know what exactly can i eat?
I am a veggie who doesnt eat anything made from dead animals.
Recently have learned that i cant eat cheese or chocolate or the meat substitute, quorn. In 1993 i couldn't have eaten polos as they used to contain horns and hooves and bones of animals. If i cant eat all these things that i used to enjoy, what con i eat - soup?
