McSpotlight: It's a free debate. We don't censor them. It would be equally possible that Burger King paid people to say nasty things about McD's. It's not our business to judge the posters. We do know that McD's takes an interest in this site (they accessed it 1500 times in it's first week of existence!), but there's not a lot they can do. Besides which, many people will happily stick up for McDonald's entirely without being paid.
