If I read the main thrust of your article correctly, your point is, as elsewhere, that Helen is a hypocrite for selling alcohol whilst attacking McD's. I repeat my statement from the other article, as you seem to have ignored it:
No-one buys alcohol thinking it is _good_ for you. It's a recreational drug and the dangers of alcohol are very well documented. There are laws in place to prevent anyone below a "responsible" age buying the stuff. If you sell alcohol, you do so to a willing adult.
McDonald's spend many millions each year trying to convince the world that their food _is_ good for you. No-one is told about the dangers of overconsumption of meat in the same way as alcohol. Indeed, McDonald's have done their very best to shrug off the dangers, both in and out of court, despite evidence from bodies like the W.H.O. (*). McDonald's do their level best to appeal to children who could not be considered to be "responsible" (secure in the knowledge that the children will pester their parents).

Firstly: she did not put herself in the picture, as it was McDonald's who issued the writs. Helen had no part in the making of the original leaflet - she was being held responsible for a leaflet that she merely handed out.
Secondly: As someone who has met Helen a couple of times, she's not the sort of person who would "put herself in the spotlight". She has been flung into this as a focus of peoples' views and I'm sure she finds the media attention almost as tiring as the case. I wouldn't say that she was exceptional or unusual in any way, except for having the courage of her convictions.
It's what she and Dave were prepared to do that makes them special people. Don't idolize the person, or you get personality cults: just listen to their views without prejudice and examine the evidence.
